Highland Park The Highland Park Neighborhood of Pittsburgh

I was wondering if anyone could give me any information about the Gardens on Stanton Avenue, before the entrance to the park. My Grandfather gardened on several of the plots for as long as I can remember. When he passed away this past May, I wanted to keep the tradition alive and took over two of his plots over the summer. I noticed that fewer and fewer plots are staying occupied, and felt sad that such a wonderful piece of land is slowly being forgotten. Can anybody tell me who actually owns the land and if there is another way for people to learn about the gardens other than by word of mouth. Any information would be appreciated.
